Here you will find instructions for several of our products

Evapo-Rust instructions

Evapo-Rust© should be used at temperatures between 15° and 30° Celsius to work optimally.

Items to be derusted must be free of grease/oil and loose dirt. Is there a lot of rust and any loose rust, then it should be knocked off before treatment. (it gives the product longer lifetime).

Place the items in a suitable container and pour the liquid over so that the items are covered by the liquid, and if necessary, cover the container to avoid too much evaporation. Any evaporated liquid is replaced with tap water. (The product is intended to be used in an undiluted state).
Depending on the amount of rust, the process lasts between 30 minutes and 12 hours, and the items are NOT harmed if they are left for a long time if it proves necessary.

Evapo-Rust© does NOT attack other metals such as aluminum, zinc, brass, copper, tin, bronze and chrome, nor wood, plastic, glass, vinyl and paint unless the pigment in the paint is based on on iron oxide.

When all rust has dissolved, clean the items with hot tap water, and eventually brush with a stiff brush or scrub sponge.
Then the work piece is dried and it is ready for the desired finishing. If you don't want to brown, paint or oil your work pieces immediately, then you can briefly dip your work piece Immerse in Evapo-Rust© and then let it air dry. This protects the work piece from new rust formation for a few weeks, when stored indoors.

Storage: Since Evapo-Rust© can be used several times, all you have to do is pour the product back in the can, and save it for next time. Evapo-Rust© has an unlimited lifespan if properly stored, and Evapo-Rust© does not tolerate frost!
Evapo-Rust should be kept out of the reach of children.

Evapo-Rust© can be used several times and when the liquid has lost its effect (The liquid becomes very dark/black), then it is simply handed in at the local recycling station.

Evapo-Rust Thermocure instructions

In order to use Thermocure correctly, the engine cooling system must be emptied of its coolant (Used coolant should be disposed of according to the manufacturer's instructions). Rinse the cooling system with clean water so that the glycol content is reduced as much as possible.

Evapo-Rust© Thermocure is poured into the cooling system and topped up with clean water. Glycol should not be used with Evapo-Rust© Thermocure. Evapo-Rust© Thermocure does not attack other metals such as aluminum, brass, copper, zinc and others. Nor gaskets, rubber seals and radiator hoses.

The engine/car is then operated normally and can be used for several days, up to 1 week or as needed. It should be expected that the liquid will become significantly darker during the period of use. When the treatment is completed, the liquid is drained into a suitable container and it may be reused. You can test if the fluid still works by putting a rusty bolt/screw in the liquid. If the rust has disappeared the next day, the liquid will still work.

Exhausted Evapo-Rust Thermocure must be handed in at the recycling station, as there may be residues of glycol in the liquid.

The cooling system is rinsed again with clean water until only clean water flows out, and then normal coolant and water are refilled according to the manufacturer's instructions.

ECOComplex Blue instruction

ECO Complex Blue is a water-based degreaser that is environmentally friendly and biodegradable.
Eco Complex Blue can be used as is, or diluted up to 1/50 according to how dirty the items to be cleaned are. The product is suitable for use in either cold or hot water and it can also be used in ultrasonic cleaners with the temperature set to Max 50°C.

Eco Complex Blue is sprayed onto the work piece and depending on the amount of dirt, it can make cleaning easier to scrub/brush. If necessary, let the product sit 1/2 minute and then rinse with water. Repeat the process if necessary.

Thick layers of accumulated dirt "cakes of oil and soil/dust" may require cleaning with steam/pressure washer before finishing with ECO Complex Blue for optimal results. Eco Complex Blue is also safe to use on surfaces that come in contact with food.
